Animaux Formidables
Biography
ANIMAUX FORMDABLES is a garage-fuzz-noise duo, consisting of percussion and guitar/vocals, formed at the beginning of 2022.
The idea is to unleash a visceral, raw, and basic instinct by putting themselves in the shoes of two animal-like characters, who have always been fed with Glam Rock, Punk, and Rock‘n’Roll.
In 2022, the duo entered the studio with Marco Fasolo (Jennifer Gentle, I Hate My Village) to record their debut album We Are All Animals. The tracks were recorded live and on analog tape. Published in 2023 for the label Go Down Records, it was hailed as one of the most intriguing releases in the Italian independent scene.
After over 150 shows in two years, Animaux Formidables continue to tour across Italy and Europe with their performance, enriched by new sounds that will feature in their second recording, scheduled for release on January 24, 2025.
